Best Starbucks in Midtown! I'd say all NY but I'm mostly used to frequenting midtown. Awesome Team, always on point, always... remember their regulars by name, and the location is always clean and music playing at the perfect level. Gets my day startedright. Read more
First thing is, they were open. Went to four other Stabucks store around that place on a Saturday evening at 8pm and found... those closed. But Google said those were open! It wasn?t crowded because of the Storm alert. Read more
The staff here is very friendly. The new employees could be a little kinder. Ordering on the app really reduces the amount of... time you'll have to wait inside. The location is pretty much empty all the time due to everyone leaving midtown because ofcovid. This location is the cleanest that it's ever been. I had to take a star away because they no longer provide straws. Thelack of straws forces me to completely remove my face covering and that makes me uncomfortable. Also, there is always a homelessperson sitting on the floor blocking the entrance. I frequent locations in Queens and they have more hand sanitizer readilyavailable for customers to use. I really wish that they had visible hand sanitizer at this location for customers to use. Read more
