Bathroom closed without explanation. Staffs are not friendly.
Disorganized place. Everyone wearing low cap so they can avoid eye contact with the customer. Ordered a simple dark roast coffee... on mobile 15 ahead, arrived and waited for 10 minutes, still didn?t get my coffee. I had to ask twice for the coffee and justgot a cup of watered downed dirt water. Disgusting! Worst I?ve ever had from any Starbucks store. Please avoid this store at allcost. You?ve been warned! I had a very unpleasant experience today with Starbucks, even though it is my favorite coffee shop for a long time. Long story... short. I asked the cashier if the new chai latte has added sugar. He said NO, and in 10 min when I came to work I tried it andfound it very sweet. According to the ST website, Chai Latte has 42 grams of sugar!! Instead of giving me, a new latte cashiergave me a regular coffee with milk. It took 30 min from my work time to handle and just took all my good morning mood.
