Reviews about this location are positive and true. It?s no surprise to anyone about how challenging it is finding enthusiastic,... well mannered, fun and service oriented employees these days. This location has it all. Every Starbucks location should requiretheir staff to visit and experience the formula that this location has found. The employees at this Starbucks are on the frontlines every day to meet the caffeine demands of UWS-ers in a .05 mile radius and... they consistently deliver! I?ve been here at least once a week since July of 2021, and my order has always been completedcorrectly & on time. Read more

Typical great Starbucks quality coffee and fast service, no surprises here. Space is rather limited and seating is not the most... comfortable, all chairs and stools are metallic without any cushioning. Read more
Small shop, but a window that looks out on to Broadway for people watching. Staff is adequate, yet not sure they are know how... to run a store. There is one large communal table that doesn't offer any privacy. This isn't a store I wouldn't hang out instrictly due to design.
