It's a pretty good Starbucks, great service and products. The loss of 2 stars is due to an ant issue at the extended window... seating. Within 5 minutes of sitting I noticed an ant on my forearm and then saw them dispersed around the table. I left afterthat but no other issues. Read more
came there yesterday and the worker Naz was so sweet to me not sure if she?s new since I?ve never seen her there before but if... she is she?s definitely properly trained. Customer service is getting better seems like they?re investing in bettercommunication with the guest. Awesome job! Read more
I am at this Starbucks, frankly, an embarrassing amount. I have a favorite table and everything. The bathroom is clean (unless... someone came and messed it up), the WiFi actually works, the staff is kind and courteous and they've never messed up my drinkonce. My only complaint is that they take a long time to make whatever you've ordered because of their sheer popularity. There'salso outlets! Read more

Hey really????? There are actually many extremely friendly Starbucks, aside from lots of cozy & warm spirited other cafes Folks... welcome to NYC. This ain't Kansas I guess most of these reviewers, just really need to get out more. From downtown to uptown,and all across the country, and yep even Europe and now China too.
