I ordered an iced grande white mocha with only 2 pumps of syrup. I got my drink, walked outside, and realized that it did not... say 2 pumps on the sticker. I go back in to tell the barista that I only wanted two pumps and she says that she only put two.Confused, I ask how she would know that I asked for two pumps if it didn?t say it on the sticker. She said actually I only putthree pumps bc that?s how many comes in the white mocha. I questioned if she was sure that was accurate bc the informationsounded weird, but she insisted over and over that the white mocha only comes with 3 pumps. Confused, I said ok and left. Whengot to my destination I realized that I couldn?t drink the coffee because it was too sweet, I saw syrup all on the bottom of thecup, and googled how many pumps come in a white mocha and the answer was not surprisingly 4 pumps. I was so disgusted with thiswhole experience. Why lie to a customer? I was not complaining or being rude, I was just asking for my coffee to be made how Irequested. For $7.35 I should not have had to throw my drink away. Read more

I have receive the worst customer service at this location, the lady who was making the coffee she gave me a medium cup when i... paid for a large and when i exclaim to her she just drop the coffee with a bad atittud and she also spay the water of cleaningthe tub that warming the milk with the cup opened is sad because i paid for my thing i think everyone have right to exclaimewhen you are paying for your product. This Starbucks was right across the street from my hotel, I went here almost every morning during my trip to New York, great... coffee, and even better staff working. The staff was always nice and talkative, and on top of that no Starbucks has made byorder better than here Read more
Been in New York for 6 days, had coffee at all kinds of places. Stopped here, thinking it?ll be one of the best. It was the... opposite, great staff but terrible coffee. It?s 8 in the morning and it was so stale and watery. I have had better coffee at agas station. Not worth it at all!! Support your small business coffee shops, they are wayyy better Read more
They are always nice here and the service is pretty quick. Unfortunately there is not a lot of seating.
Slowest Starbucks ever , got an American I order wrong , staff busy going around in circles
