I recently had bariatric surgery and i stop by a Starbucks when i see one to stay hydrated ive worked in Starbucks for 2 years... and i know the water is FREE but never stoped be from giving TIP i was told no today to getting a cup of water with ice thatthey ?don?t do that? never have i been denied at any Starbucks till today by the manager. Many times mobile ordering is turned off, store is closed during hours they?re listed as open.
Good overall, service could of been better tho. Iced coffee wad really strong with no cream :(

I hate this place , really bad service .people who work there are soooo slow , I went to get the cold coffee and they took half... an hour for the small coffee , they were jus talking with each other . Instead of working , I see people coming before me andthey left before me too . I wish I can give them 0 star Read more

Terrible staff work here. Inconsiderated staff, low class work here and horrible management. Amanda is terrible she dont even... help she think she is the most high but the reality she is absolutely nothing. She just got a position to walk around, watchothers and then critize. After that she assigned task to the vulnerable workerst. She wont care if staff has physicallimitations or back problems. While she dont move a finger at all when walking around., She is a BAD example! She also sentworkers with non sense job that is not on their task. She should NOT be here working bottom line. She is a horrible supervisorwith a horrible attitude. She should move back to her country where she belongs. Her attitude simple identify herself as thelowest class on earth.
