I ordered threw mobile app a sandwich and a earl grey tea tall, i waited for a very long time and had to remind them on the... register about my order, it turned out they forgot about my order they didnt accomodate and gave me attitude like if i was thestupid one i wouldnt order from here at all from the app and i would walk to the next location. Edited* This review is not for the African American gentleman that made/handed me my drink (if he made it) because he was... friendly and polite. Although whoever made it missed the fact that I had asked for no foam on my mobile order, I don?t blamethem because it happens. This review is for the lady that wore glasses (Hispanic I think?) that helped me after. I don?tnormally check my drinks because I trust that the baristas know what they?re doing. But I checked to make sure there was no milkfoam in my coffee today because I don?t like it. When I told the lady at the drink station, she very sarcastically said ?okay,remove the top? so I removed the lid and she scoops out the foam and simply hands me back my coffee. Mind you, this coffee wasalmost $6 and after scooping the foam out, a whole chunk of coffee is missing. If I wanted to pay $6 for a coffee that?s noteven full, I would?ve just made it myself. I have gotten coffee before with foam (even after asking no foam), but I usually letit go because I?ve left the store by then. But let?s be honest, Starbucks coffee is not cheap and most customers want to getwhat they pay for. I can?t help but feel that I was gipped. For the lady that ?helped? me today, if you see this and think yourcustomer service was okay, it?s not but hopefully it?ll improve. Read more
The guys at the store are so friendly and the energy is great. Most importantly, the service is outstanding!!! They have a... great knowledge of all the products served. There was a super busy crowd and the two gentlemen took care of the crowdexpeditiously!!!!! I stopped here Saturday, November 13 at 1 pm ?Absolute best service I?ve ever received at Starbucks!! Groovy chill place, sign badly lit. This Starbucks is nice, chill warm atmosphere. Good place to meet with friends & catch up or... break out the books/computer and study. However, they have no illuminated sign, and unless you know where to look, you willeasily miss this Starbucks after dark. So I subtract one star from what might otherwise be a perfect rating. It's right next tothe Dunkin Donuts if that helps. Read more
