It's a shame Starbucks does not provide Gluten-free options apart from a small marshmallow bar. The server could not confirm egg... bites are Gluten-free. And also the place is very noisy with loud music. Read more
I don't like reviewing things unless it's good. But this was an interesting experience because it's Starbucks. Starbucks is... something I love and go to and always have consistent quality service. I came here for a week while staying at a nearby hoteland I thought this was great! I knew what exactly I would get when coming. Pros: - Great location - Cute wall of positivenotes for staff Cons: - Some staff looked upset and distracted. There was this "vibe" as if they dislike their coworkers orsomething else must have happened. Even my partner mention something felt off and it was like we were inconveniencing them forordering. As mentioned, it was some staff. One day everyone was amazing and want to be friends with you and are laughing andhaving fun with each other! On other days the vibe did a 180 and we couldn't wait to get out of there. - On one day our coffeehad a bunch of coffee grinds (about half a tablespoon) at the bottom of the cup. It was so bitter and gross. Not something Iexpect from a SB. - Some days the frappe machine was working. Some days it wasn't. It was unpredictable. If I go back to NY Iwouldn't go to this one again because everything changes based on who is working. Read more
I walked in and the greeting I received put an enormous smile on my face. Everyone seemed to be glowing with positive energy.... On this rainy gloomy day this Starbucks was truly a ray of sunshine. Even while they were having technical difficulties withthe mobile app. I especially enjoyed what was written for people to read while they waited. They meet their store purpose100%. Fine version of the chain. Speedy service. Busy during weekday workday like other midtown locations. Speedy motivated barista,... though, nice effort. Nice view from the stools of the Park Avenue canyon uptown. Read more
Dirty place. Not good service, very little place to sit (too few chairs). Sorry but never again.
