Slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to. One worker is singing, other one is walking around. Waited 15min for 1 simple drink.
This is my third and last time ordering at this location because they always mess up my orders. I ask for specific things on my... drinks and they could never do it right. I?m not sure if they just don?t like me or they don?t feel like doing the drinks, I?m avery understanding person but it?s the third time they do this to me. its a good starbucks but the music is always so incredibly loud! i have no idea how the baristas can handle that noise all... day. it's probably to keep people from spending too much time there, but the workers must go home with splitting headaches everyday. Read more
I haven?t experienced a drink being made wrong yet but the huge issue is the music. I never sit inside because it?s always... crowded but even if it was empty I would avoid sitting in there. The music is overwhelming and overstimulating, it being rapmusic isn?t the problem, the problem is that it?s explicit. I hope someday the owner or a new manger with some sense will forcethem to use clean versions and lower it to a ambiance noise level. I can't believe I have been deceived since I start buying coffee here. I am a student from Baruch. I am vegan and this is... serious to me. I always order latte coffee with OATMILK. Today I ordered it, and I went there to see how they make it. I foundout that they don't use the oatmilk to make it. I feel too bad about it. This is the only Starbucks I buy the "latte coffee". Worst location!! Cant be a worse store. I agree w many of the reviews. 1. Workers are rude 2. BLAST music soooo loud it is... unbearable!!! This is my go to Starbucks, excellent environment and really amazing and helpful people, one of this picts also shows my... favorite Barista ever, I could wear a Mask or not and he would exactly remember me lol, love Mac, very enthusiastic employee,very welcoming and lovely, one of the best personalities ever, never seeing him just standing or lacking, always on the move andmaking sure everything is Okay and everyone is Happy or satisfied!! This Starbucks is so unprofessional. I understand that there are many orders due to the students from Baruch, but they always... get my coffee wrong - always. The staff is extremely rude and I've had one employee even laugh at my order? The music is alwaysextremely loud making it impossible to carry a conversation. You'd be better off going to the Starbucks on 23rd and Park. Read more
