Dirtiest Starbucks ever. Trash all over the place. Spilt coffee on the floor and tables. Wait was 20min and the toilets were so... disgusting. Leaking. Pee on the ground. Really bad all round. Read more
Slowest Starbucks I?ve been to. The employees seem to have a lot of fun, but are not actually making any coffee?
I feel like maybe a 2 is generous here. I have previously maybe only once had a Starbucks mess up my order and especially not... when I do a mobile order. Twice in a row they made my drink the wrong temperature. The first time I was in a rush and thebarista poured my hot drink over ice (apparently this is against health code I found out later, but she didn't stop me?) becauseI asked since I was in a rush and didn't have time to remake it. She poured my TALL sized drink over a VENTI filled with ice. Ididn't have time to argue... it was essentially water in a matter of minutes. Today I ordered a hot drink and they made itcold. Once again no time to argue. I did not think this would happen again and ordered while in a rush. I told the barista thatwas handing out the drinks that this is the second time this has happened and she just kind of shrugged about it. I understandthat the staff may be overwhelmed but the order is pretty straightforward when it's mobile so these mistakes feel needlesslycareless. I feel like this is life telling me to keep my $7 and make my coffee at home. Read more
Shocking service. Everything about our order was wrong. And the staff has a real arrogant attitude. Been to many Starbucks from... Seattle all the way down to LA, in every town and city along the West Coast, and every time we were impressed with the Starbucksbrand. This time though... Bummer deluxe. Don't think I'll be seeing this branch again. Read more

This is the first Starbucks I have gone into. I got a warm cookie and a milk and charged my phone for awhile. The music is... pretty loud and odd. It took us awhile to figure out where to stand to place an order. I'm just not hip :( Read more
Despicable service. After waiting for 20 minutes the person behind me gets served first (just because he knew the employee who... gave him his order of multiple beverages and serviced only him just to have someone else to step in to service the rest of theline). When I tell the cashier about it she gives me a nasty attitude. Then proceeds to tell me that they they are out of earlgray tea that I was ordering. No apologies for anything. With prices like that and treating your customers in this manner it isextremely upsetting. I thought that 63rd street location was bad but this one is insulting. Read more
