I was so disrespected. I?ve never been this mistreated by a starbucks barista. Her name tag said NAE. I simply just asked for a... mocha cookie crumble with a sub of dark caramel instead of mocha and she said ?whatever? after i repeated it again. Didn?t askwhat size i wanted and charged me $7!!! and then i was given a grande. that don?t add up. definitely don?t recommend thisstarbucks. Read more
Live across from here. Normally go every morning to get a pup cup and coffee w my dog. For some reason this morning the... overweight white male manager decided I had to go to the checkout line and order the pup cup? It?s a free espresso cup ofwhipped cream?understand if they need to ring up to keep track of inventory but simply tell the cashier that, why inconvenienceme and give me attitude when I literally go there everyday without issue?? Very good service and fast. The staff is friendly also. There are some seats to sit in.
This is really a fantastic Starbucks location. The staff are friendly and upbeat and seem to really enjoy the customers and... each other. Twice I've heard them pause to sing one of the staff members happy birthday, which brightened my day as a customer. There almost always seems to be seating and on a nice day, you can take your coffee out onto the adjacent plaza. Read more
First visit to Starbucks in years & was pleasantly surprised at the friendly atmosphere & courteous individual who took care of... me. A busy location that seemed to take care of customers rather quickly. In a city with a lot of inaccessible businesses,handicapped accessibility makes for a winning combination! Read more
This is one of the best Starbucks! The staff are friendly and really enjoy working with each other AND at this location. The... music is ALWAYS great... upbeat, funky but never intrusive. The bathroom is clean and they hustle at getting people in and out.Love it! Read more
Being from Seattle and living in NYC, it's always refreshing to find seating at a midtown Starbucks. This is one of those places... with a mixture of a huge table with power and seating, some comfy chairs and high chair bench seating. Service was alsoexpedient and friendly, which also can come up short in other city locations. Read more
