Horrible. I ordered through the app and went to pick it up. The app had glitched and changed my order. The barista was so rude... and just said goodbye in a sassy way. 2 minutes later my daughter spotted a bug in her drink. This is Beyond unacceptable. WorstStarbucks I?ve ever been to. Not sure how this Starbucks flow is. As an former employee I would think that you would want to serve your customers first.... However as a shift supervisor to be concerned with everything but standing at the register when that is your position for theday is frustrating. Would not come here for speedy service Read more
This morning around 730am I went to get my holiday cup and i ordered a Pumpkin spice latte, iced tea and a coffee.. When I... went to pick it up i asked for the Holiday Cup that i would get by getting a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I was told that drink was notpart of the promotion. I said it was and then manager came over and said it was not part of the training they had for thispromotion. She went to the district manager and came back and said it was not and that i would have to prove it. I was shockedby that answer that I had to prove it. So i said "ok i will be back in 10 minutes with my phone to show you". I left and cameback with my phone and the article that talked about all the holiday drinks that were part of the promotion. I spoke with themanager again and showed her the article. As i was showing it to her she said that she had to read it and i was moving it tofast. She then took pictures of the article and when we got to the bottom where the long list of drinks that are part go thepromotion she looks at the picture of the 4 drinks and says "yes, those are the drinks". It was just a picture. I said "wait thelist is below" and pointed out where it said Pumpkin Spice Latte. She took a picture of it. She went to the district manager andcame back and said to another employee "give her the cup" which they did by placing it on the counter and not handing it to me.I also opened the app and showed the manager that a lot of the holiday beverages said "sold out at this store" so that is whythere were no other options. The only response i got after all of this was "thanks for pointing this out since we want thecustomers to have a good experience". I have to say i did not have a good experience today with asking to prove it and that itwas not part of her training what drinks were part of the Holiday Cup promotion. thank you Read more
Quick, plastic guards up and waiting spots. Nicely done to protect the workers.
It?s your average Starbucks. Decent food and coffee. The staff are pretty nice. Never too packed. Usually just a few people... working on their laptops during the day. A great spot to sit and have a bite to eat and a nice fresh coffee. When I?m in a pinchi get the turkey basil pesto sandwich. It?s not too bad. When it?s warmed up nicely. Read more
Came on a Sunday at 2pm. Everything was clean and in good condition. Bathrooms (2) were exceptionally clean with no line. Only 5... patrons were sitting - the high top tables have outlets which is super convenient. I tried the new Cascara latte - it wasdelicious. Typically your drinks taste the same from one Starbucks to another. Not here. Always different. In fact, my wife recently went... here to pick up an online order. After waiting an additional 15 minutes and many other orders being picked up, someone finallyasked what she was waiting on and began to give her a hard time about how" difficult" it was to make. Really? Isn't that yourjob? It wasn't even difficult. It was simply a caramel macchiato made with sugar free syrup instead of regular, add whip. Comeon!
