This Starbucks doesnt deserve a star! I been to a lot of different location of Starbucks but this one is the worst! All the... employees that works there have worst attitudes. No hello! if you guys are having a bad day that doesn't mean you give attitudeto us! Not just with attitude I'm upset with but most of time I'm there they are out of this and that also they are veryterrible with their drinks! One time I ordered cool lime refresher with coconut milk & 2 scoop of matcha. They forgotmatcha. They could have just added matcha powder to my drink but I guess that was hard thing that they have to throw out thedrink and make it again! Oh yeah second time they forgot to put coconut milk! Whenever I order my drinks through my app nothingwas perfectly done! I asked for less syrup on frappuccino but they are just too sweet! They just dont really care. If you areout than take it out on mobile app! Yesterday I ordered brownie! ( Asked to warmed it up) I went in they are out it! So I askedfor the cookie that was in front! ( they are out of it again) so they gave me what was in refrigerator! What made you think Iwould eat it cold! I told you to warm up my brownie! The people that works there need to TREAT CUSTOMER NICELY ANDPOLITELY! UPDATE: I usually dont order morning at this place from now on because after the rudeness, attitudes, no apologeticso I stopped ordering there in the mornings. I felt that the managers doesnt really care. First of all, you were the one thatmade a mistake with my drink. Apologize simple as that instead of telling me to take that drink and that he will make new one. Iwant the drink that I ordered!
