While not trying to take sides, but if I have this correctly, some workers voted to Unionize and starbucks is now closing the... store. It seems to me that if this is true, we need to get together and dump all the coffee in Boston harbor. (Nothing againstBoston) But wasn't that where some time ago, they held a Tea party? Just saying. I have been to the target location which is where this Starbucks is located and I am being completely honest but I have never... seen this place open or have any customers. One reason is the hours it's open and that is only in the morning so don't expectany lattes late afternoon or around dinner time. Also it just doesn't give me the Starbucks vibe and not one wooden furniture.So it's not official if there is no wooden furniture or even a wooden chair. I just didn't feel like it was Starbucks. I was waiting for 20 min for a ONE Caramel Macchiato!!! They were talking around, using the phones, so the most terrible was... when I tried ?my favorite coffee? was disgusting!!! Never had issues with the previous employees there, but the new ones are not too pleasant and overcharge. I have never paid $7... for a grande skim latte. When I asked why am I paying $7 instead of my usual under $5, was told that because I substitute lowfat milk for skim milk. What? Always ordered the same drink and paid the same price. I told them that I've never heard of thisand only received attitude from the barista. Rather go my neighborhood coffee shop and give them my money instead and they haveway better coffee. Read more

Poor customer service/Support. There's either no set hours for this location or they open and close as desired. They don't... follow accordingly to the advertised business hours. Customer wait times exceed 15 minutes. Very often, orders are not accurateand when brought to the staff's attention; they become dismissive and argumentative. There's no starbucks vibe here! The moralamongst staff at the starbucks and Target is ultimately low. Read more
