Placed a mobile order for tea. Waited till the pickup time specified even though those who came and ordered while I was waiting... got their orders before me. I asked, when it was past pickup time, for my tea. A girl handing out the drinks was baffled thenjust said we?re working on. I see everyone working on recent orders, still no tea a few minutes later. I ask again and get anattitude and ?I said we?re working on it ? to which I reply I don?t see anyone ?working on it and it?s been 15 minutes ?. Shethen goes and makes it, drops it on the counter with ?there you go?. It?s the worst tea I?ve bought from Starbucks and I don?tknow what can go wrong with it. Apparently if you try hard enough you can mess up tea. Not returning to this location again,everyone had an air of hostility towards customers as if we?re the enemy. Read more

I usually dont write reviews but i ordered doppio espresso and i waited a little more than 10 min, i asked the lady since i had... to take my train she said she doesnt see it. How come she doesnt even see the ticket that was ordered 10 min ago. Either way ileft with no coffee that i paid for. Never ordering at this place. The owner should hire better and efficient employees. Read more

The date is 8/16/22, a little after 5 am, I as well as another lady walked up to the store and asked a woman there if she could... tell us what time they open. The woman proceeded to look at us then went back to doing her own thing. Then the woman whoInquired with me, ask as well and she responds to us, "do I look like I have time for you". Very unprofessional to say theleast, and we need to change this culture. I can easily day, that is what I get from expecting more some certain franchizes thathire a certain type of character that lead to these conflicts, but ide be too honest in this review. Corporate need to startholding these ppl accountable. Read more

How sad. That this Starbucks is bad. And I mean bad. Im always getting my coffee here and have only 3 times had a pleasant... experience here out of maybe 100 times, as i take the LIRR daily. But today was the worst by far. I think corporate needs tocome in and re train all there employees including management. As a whole team its the worst. Read more

8/2/22; approximately 10:30 AM - I never normally leave a bad review but on this content, I feel as though I should. This is... solely not against Starbucks but an employee at the Starbucks within Penn Station. While I placed my order of 2 items, one wasgiven to me before the other. While I understand it was very busy I waited, waited approximately 10 minutes to no avail, Iproceeded to ask if my order was ready at the pick up window, was told my order was at the other end of counter. Walked overasked, they said it was in process, then this other young lady came across very rude, "they said it's in process", I then saidbut I have been waiting while others have come after me and had already received their order. She proceeded, very rudely, "doyou want a refund!!!", I said no and I do not need your attitude. She then made my drink, handed it to me with no apologies asto why I had to wait so long to the point the place cleared out. Her attitude should be adjusted and taught proper customeretiquette. Describing her as follows as I did not get her name: African American young lady, with natural brownish hair, about5'3"-5'4" and slender. Hope she is not as rude with other customers. Thank you. WORST EXPERIENCE YET! I hope someone in mgmt reads this! Tuesday 6/7 at 2:55 PM ? NY PENN STATION .., only one woman (visibly... working) ? FIRST, a new low, taking only mobile orders in a train station ? when there is not one person in line (probablybecause of rotten service)!!!! Scanned the code .., and we got a page not found code ? classic more horrible service ? thenshowed the one employee who was doing nothing because no one was there ? and she said ? I don?t know ? why don?t you just getthe app! Well, why don?t we just go to another vendor .., which we did .., for better service and better coffee!!! Thanks fornothing Starbucks! Not busy but mistakes on several orders right infront of me. Ordered London Fog and new cashier and Ruby with an attitude who... seemed in charge corrected herself. Took much longer to make than my Virginia local and didn?t taste right . Staff seemed verydisorganized . Read more
