At this point the place needs to close down or they need an entire re-do of their staff because it makes no sense to pay $7 per... drink yet have to wonder if it?s going to be good or not-it?s usually NOT . The attitude of whoever is at the counter SUCKS &so does the person making the drinks . Not to mention if you come in early (aka when they open ) they have an attitude , whenyou come in before they are closed they have an attitude . Sometimes you go during opening hours and they are closed or youcan?t hear over the music . Ordered a simple salted caramel cream cold brew and somehow managed to receive it barely containing any cream nor any caramel.... Not as clean as most Starbucks but wants to be more stern on the safety policy regarding their own reusable cups. Let?s notforget to mention the friendly neighborhood crackhead as their doorman. Place was not only dirty but understaffed and they were slackin. Friend tried to use stars to buy certain drinks and because... they were all sweets she refused to allow him to use the Stars to buy a croissant frappuccino and ice mocha like being thatthey're all considered desserts she instead had him order and made him take two teas. the three guests on this review onedoesn't drink tea so they I think ,without a manager overstep their bounds.. Too many employees, not enough work getting done. Out of 4 employees, only 1 is actually working, while the others are just... idling around or talking to customers like there's nothing better to do. I just wanted a bottle of water, had to catch a bus,and I'm here waiting minutes on end to get serviced. And I didn't get my bottle of water by the way. Deserves a 0 for service. Read more
