Nobody let me in the restroom, this is soo mean, i was going do died. Asked to open the door for me nobody didn?t hear me or... didnt want to hear me. After plenty time i did give up. But what; my plan was after restroom i was going to get drink, i desidedi dont need your coffee anymore?.. And i went to Italian restaurant which is two doors next to it, they let me in. My order was matcha latte with no ice, no foam. I did not have to explain anything,she she put the ice in a big cup and shook... it to cool my drink up instead of a blender which will turn the whole thing in to foam.I enjoyed it without stressattached.Thank you for your simple common sense.You really care. 9/11/2022 WOWWWWWW the staff is amazing especially the boy who was on bar and the girl with braids they were so attentive and... fast I got my drink and it was amazing thanks you guys HOWEVER there?s one problem with the girl with the accent EXTREMELY RUDEyou could her complaining and complaining while talking to a coworker when I asked for my food she just put it in the basketand didn?t even speak to me RUDE the experience would have been great. 5/5 had she not been there but I have a 4 because you cannot fault the other staff on one apple that definitely shouldn?t be there and you can tell by the complaints HATE IT Read more
RUDE employees , do not work at a job if you are going to be miserable and ruin the entire experience for every customer that... walks through the door. They close an HOUR early and tell the customers at 7pm that there are no more frappes or anything theyhave to actually make. They will only pour you iced coffee or tea after 7pm. WHY CLOSE AT 9 if you?re really closing everythingand not providing any products after 7pm. This is the worst starbucks i have EVER been to. And it?s all because of the team ofemployees they decided to hire. They all need training in proper customer service and the hours need to be adjusted onlinebecause they do not sell anything after 7pm. Read more

I tried the signature hot chocolate. The taste was good, but adding extra whipped cream didn't add anything to the taste. Still... starbucks is my favorite coffee place. Read more
