I?d give negative stars if this app allowed me to. Ordered via their app for delivery from this location. After waiting a hour... with hungry kids, and not being able to reach the location via phone, I called door dash. Door Dash apprised me that the subwayhad refused to fulfill the order and thus there was no food. Subway provided no update about the cancellation. When I called thelocation directly, the guy who picked up the phone said his manager said not to make it and that I would have to speak to him.Then he said he is a hourly employee and that if I?m upset I can call 311 or the health department. Bottom line, they would notserve a paying customer and provided no reasoning. Boycott location! Read more

Make sure you watch the cashiers when you hand them cash. I literally counted my money within the store prior to paying for my... purchase. I noticed that receipt didnt reflect the money I gave the cashier. I approached the cashier about this but he remainedadament that I was wrong. Its partially on me for not noticing it early but at the end of the day I shouldnt have to worryabout an employee trying to swipe extra cash. I love subways but I'd avoid this location. Read more

Was having a rough week. Tonight I had planned to stop in for dinner after hitting Rite Aid across the street. The jarring of... the travel made me need to use the bathroom before I was done at Rite Aid and they didn?t have a bathroom available due to theirtruck being in. I wheeled over to the Subway and they let me use the restroom. It was crowded, so I went back to Rite Aid andfinished my shopping. When I returned, I was the only customer in the store and the gentleman with the great big smile took goodcare of me. He made me the perfect pizza sub. It was hot and delicious. I don?t remember his name I am afraid but he was a kindwarm and gentle soul. When I was ready to leave another gentleman who was very happy to help me, put the other half of mysandwich in my bag on the back of my wheelchair and opened the door for me on the way out. Quick service, and great staff, they have the deal of the day here and free refills on drinks as every Subway should.
