Probably the worst subway I have ever gone to. The only employee doesn't stock any bread other than white and whole grain,... doesn't listen to your order, and is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Staff is horrible. Everytime I go in to give it another chance I'm left disappointed. I asked if they had the Hero bread that... Subway offers. I even said keto bread just in case they referred to it as that. I asked around 4 times because the workercouldn't understand me at first and then asked this guy worker if he knew what I was talking about. He says yes we have herobread. I was like okay cool, but after they started making my sandwiches and took it out of the oven I made sure one more time,"You're sure this is the keto bread?" and he says they don't serve the keto bread. The store is suppose to be open and so my mom is knocking on the door for a while. There is no sign on the door saying closed... or anything so . She called and told me they are closed but she seen a man inside in the corner but he?s not coming .I hadchecked online before she walked all the way there and knew they were open so I called and the man inside picked up and I saidare you open and they said yes and I asked him my mom is outside the door but it?s closed and he rudely said okay I?ll open thedoor right now ! THEN. HAD THE AUDACITY to rudely ask my mom why she called her own daughter to tell her to call him . He thenrudely asked my mother if she doesn?t know English and if that?s why she didn?t call the store herself and told me to call. Thenalso scolded her in saying why did she knock and call the phone when she saw him on a break praying . My mom apologized becauseshe barely saw what he was doing and didn?t know he was praying or taking a break because there was no Taking A Break Sign sothat?s why she had asked me to call to get information . She was also willing to wait and apologize since he was praying but theworker continued being rude with my mother and didn?t give the extra sauce we wanted for the sandwich and had rushed my mom outwith an attitude. My mom and me We have eaten at different Subway locations but this one has better quality and more flavor. The bread and the... ingredients are fresh, the bread is soft, it is well made. Now this location will be our #1, they may be the same food chainbut not everyone prepares things correctly and this location is perfect. I recommend the BMT with Italian Herb & Cheese bread,mozzarella, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, olives and mayonnaise, you'll love it. Read more
I work around the corner and used to go for lunch regularly but there is one specific employee who is the rudest person you will... meet. I had to stop going because it was too much every single time. On one occasion the place was closed about 2 hour beforeclosing time. I saw him and knocked on door and he just shouted that it was closed. On another occasion I asked for a couplemore pickles and he slapped them on, like he was angry at the sandwich. I have always been pleasant but he really over did it soi asked him if there was a problem. He said no and proceeded to throw the sub into a bag and on the counter. I asked who themanager was and if I could speak to them. He said it was "joe" and that he wasn't there. By the look of the reviews, everyonehere knows exactly who this guy is.
