Super rude staff especially around 4-5 pm on a Thursday
Very rude staff. One guy was cleaning the floor and actually refused to let me in, so I waited by the door. In the mean time the... second guy asked me to come in so I stepped inside and I was literally scolded by the other guy. He said "Can't you understandwhen I told you to wait outside?" Sloppy service, dirty store and incredibly CHEAP owners/employees. Want your sauce on the side so your sandwich doesn?t get... soggy? Forget it. They won?t do it and push you to buy a drink. Only way they?ll use an empty container. Disgusting locationwhere your time and money is poorly spent. Unfortunately since subway sandwich shops are individually owned and operated, ownerstake such cheap measures at cost-cutting yet prices go up, sacrificing quality and experience. Have to give this location two-stars. I live nearby and go here often for lunch. 1) they never open on time. At least 6-7 times... I would arrive about 15-20 after the opening time stated on door and no one is there. I guess they open whenever they wish.Frustrating. 2) they are not friendly at all. Not that I?m expecting 5-star service, but at least greet with ?hello?. I comehere at least 3x a week if working from home, they should recognize me by now. 3) they are extremely stingy on the toppings.Always ask for extra or a little more. I usually don?t write reviews of bad experience, but I have to say that my experience today was horrible as I go into any ... establishment I greet the employer with a hello how are you! He looks at me Indian man and says notting I proceeded to ask youdon?t speak English he answered yes. So I asked him how are you doing again and just gave me a blank stare as if he didn?t wantto serve me. I took myself out of there. Walked in at 8:30pm. When I asked about ordering a salad, that?s when he told me they were closed. The open sign was on and the... door clearly reads that the store closes at 9pm. Some people just don?t care about the jobs. Apparently none of the people atthis subway care. Read more
