On 6/23/22 my son went to Subway on 520 9th Ave, New York, NY 10018 around 2:20pm he ordered a 6" sub and tried to pay it with a... code I received on 6/22 (FREE 6" SUB) the cashier scanned the code and said it didn't work. He called me and let me know. I wenton my Subway account (at 2:34pm) I tried to order it and use the code in fact the code didn't work, so I went ahead and orderhim a 12" sub and payed with my Subway gift card I had reloaded earlier this week. (Which it's why I received a 6" free sub codefor reloading my Subway gift card) When he went to pick up his order the associate try to give him a 6" sub instead of a 12"that I payed for online. The associate was rude, confrontational and refused to fix his order and at the end didn't give himanything. So he left without his purchase! So I lost the 6" free sub code and I payed online for a 12" sub with my Subway giftcard. Read more

The guy who works there is extremely rude. Doesn?t respect customers. I have been to this subway 4-5 times. At first I thought... he was just having a bad day. But during my latter visits he started taunting me for every veggie I wanted to add in my veggiedelite sub. It is freaking veggie delite, ofcourse I will add veggies! I think he needs to visit a doctor. He seems to beannoyed with his life in general. Luckily the place looked clean and the veggies looked fresh so I won?t stop getting my subsfrom there. I have decided to go there and annoy him more. The day he looses his patience is the day I will call cops on him.Can?t wait for that day. Hatts off to the lady who works there. You are a rockstar! I understand it's a pandemic, but no restaurant should be serving food past it's prime. The tomatoes and cucumbers look wilted... and dessicated. The greens are almost to the point of being slimy. The cookies are rarely fresh. This is the closest locationto me, but I usually go a few blocks out of the way to get fresh ingredients. Read more

MY server LUNA restored my faith in subways restaurant. She was courteous patient helpful and understanding. The sandwich tastes... amazing she was amazing i feel amazing im a happy customer thanks to her. Other subways really need to take notes from her causeshe knows what shes doing!. Read more

I work in a traffic department and sit down over there everybody and eat sandwich everyday. The tall and dark screen guy may be... he is the manager he did very rude attitude with me because my whistle mistakenly fall down from the table and he just throughto my mouth . The cashier was unfriendly and didn't show any patience. We ordered three sandwiches and he didn't try to hide his annoyance... because of it. Then, he tried to make all of our sandwiches simultaneously even though (obviously) everyone wanted differenttoppings and then he also began to take the order from guests behind us. Of course, things got stressful for him. Then he bashedus for not being able to decide what we want. He also forgot the coffee we ordered. Read more
