Do not dine here.Do not do it! The line and the fully booked reservation might be convincing, but this has to be the worst sushi... I have ever had in my life. The rice wasn?t even sticky. So I?m a sushi person. I really like the authentic experience and prefer my sushi raw. SugarFish understands this and makes sure... your experience is spot on. The waitress was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their sake selection was light, but you?rethere for the food. Their fish is fresh and you know the difference with this compared to a lot of other sushiexperiences. Definitely worth the wait, because there always seems to be a wait. Read more
The place is so fantastic and delicious, I may not be able to eat sushi anywhere else. Incredibly fresh and is melt in your... mouth perfection. We did the Trust Me on the lunch menu and I?m so happy with that choice. The matcha green iced was thesmoothest I?ve ever had. Our lovely server, whose name is escaping me unfortunately, was so attentive and went above and beyondmaking sure we were happy with our meals. She was blonde and had a nose ring. So wonderful! Great sushi experience at a solid price. I've been here twice, and have been quite impressed both times with the quality of... food and service recieved. The omakase sets may perhaps not be the most innovative or creative, but the quality of ingredientsis certainly hard to beat, especially at this price range. In particular, the chutoro was one of the most memorable pieces Ihad ? the fish melts in your mouth, and the seasoning was just right. I definitely would strongly suggest this place to someonelooking for a solid sushi restaurant with great value in the city! Read more

Had a delicious prefix sushi meal at Sugarfish and we added on extra nigiri and sushi rolls. Uni was delicious and scallops were... delicious too. Sake went perfectly well with the meal. No tipping restaurant with excellent sushi and service. Read more
If I could give 100 stars I would!!! A friend and I decided to try Sugarfish for the first time last Friday night and we haven?t... stopped raving about it since! We?re both huge sushi eaters and have had some memorable dinning experiences but all of them failto compare to here. The wait was long, but totally worth it. Not to mention the area is great to just walk around and grab apre-dinner cocktail or grab something from the Starbucks around the corner while you wait. For the two of us we only ended upwaiting about 45 minutes for a table and received a text when it was our time to be seated. We both ordered the Trust Me andadded on some other items at the end, but wow was it all delicious, fresh, and presented beautifully. It?s true what they say,the sushi really did melt on the tongue. Paired with a glass of Chardonnay, I was already thinking about my next visit before wewere even done with our meal. Can?t wait to go back next weekend for more great food and excellent service!
