WOW. We are high sushi goers, we review all spots. This is IT. Omakase was the BESr id ever had. Music is hip hop end chill... vibes. Staff were incredible. The bar is super intimate, chill, and drinks were super tasty. It’s a new location spot soit’s so quiet now which I love but will get more busier soon - so go there now!!! Our family went to Sushi on Jones for the first time that night. it was an impressive and amazing night! We enjoy the sushi... there and the chef was gorgeous and had a great talent and creative on sashimi. I enjoyed my dinner too much to forget to takemore pics!!! Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your money here. Red flag when server tells you omakase is going to be... 45min.\n\nFacts: After many omakase restaurants literally the smallest pieces of sushi we’ve ever had. Half sized portions ofeverything with just barely a hint of rice.\n\nSubjective facts: Also highly imbalanced in flavors, overly salty at moments andsimplistic in others. Tasted below even the semi-affordable price.\n\nSaving grace: Photos look nice, and restaurant design isclean and attractive. But looks don’t match the actual product.\n\nBarely two stars. Read more
Absolutely gorgeous place. Chiefs are professional and friendly. Serve dishes super fast and always enjoy watching them prepare... for the dishes. The place is sanitized and I was amused when I dined in there. They also have a bar and it\'s classic. Willvisit again. Definitely recommend for any late night outing . Read more

My friend and I recently dined at the Sushi on Jones LES location, and it was perfection!\n\nOver the last 15 years or so, I\'ve... had some incredible omakase experiences in NYC. But I had to take a minute to post a review for this one because it wasspecial.\n\nFirst off, the food was exquisite and creative, and my cocktail was beautifully made.\n\nThe music was also freshand perfect, and the ambience spot on.\n\nAnd the service was so warm -- not stuffy in any way. Just chill and delightful.\n\nMyfriend (also an NYC sushi veteran) both agreed, this was a Perfect Choice.\n\nAnd then the bill came, and we could not believethe value they had packed into this experience!\n\nI guess I\'ll end by saying I\'m headed right back for another reservationtomorrow.
