I usually don't have issues ordering from this taco bell but today I ordered my food at 4:12 and everyone else got their food... but me I kept on waiting and then came up to their front register asking where my food was then they started making it at 4:30.They blamed it on the system not bringing out my name as a lame excuse. Excellent value food that was good quality and came quickly when I had ordered it. I would visit again.
Would give zero stars if I could. Everything from my order was so old and stale it was basically wasn?t edible. Thinking about... the cheese dipping sauce I received still makes me cringe, the entire cup solidified and was brown. Literally go to any otherlocation but this one. Read more
I ordered two regular crunchy tacos and three bean burritos but substituted them with black beans. They gave me a one bean taco... and one regular bean burrito. But the rest of my order was fine. Someone needs to learn how to read. That kind of stupiditytakes talent. Read more
Good ole NYC with its crammed spaces. I absolutely appreciate having a Taco Bell, though! That said, 2 kiosks to order from and... 2 counter locations. Of course, Kiosk preferred. Only about 16 chairs to sit at, combine that with the lube at the kiosk and theright space to pick up and get your drinks at, it's a squeeze to fit in. I used the app today and well, 20 minutes later I gotmy food, after talking to the staff. So between the counter orders, kiosk, app and whatever else they have going on, it seemeda bit much today, after lunch time. I'm sure they'll be better next time. I eat here often with no problems but TODAY the food was disgusting...was getting my last order of nacho fries with steak and... the fries were stale, hard and cold and the food was tasteless Pure Garbage. I had already left and was not going to walk back.So basically I lost out of $7 . I will eat here again but I will taste my food before I leave. Do better! Read more
Different, but very nice looking Taco Bell. Was pretty busy. Service was fast even though there were few order before... mine. There are bathrooms, require code. There were like 4 sitting areas, and standing eating area. Great location. Would goagain if near by. Read more
Severely Disorganized ?demand far outpaces their capabilities. this is the slowest taco bell i jave ever been too. This store... model has a perpetual queue of orders vs a limited Queue of a drive through. This allows taco bell to collect far more moneythan its ability to provide quality service The App is a waste a time as the place is not organized properly to fulfill ordersin a timely fashion. The overnight guy has heavy accent , was literally whispering orders and moving in slow motion as orderswere piling up. staff was overworked Friday night. i hope they are paid well Read more
