Do not get the new cantina crispy chicken taco, less food than a regular taco and costs a dollar more. Small finger size crispy... chicken piece. Can't believe I trusted their menu picture.. Ordered 2... Edit 08/29/2022: Seeing as I order pickup (for othermenu items) almost every week without fail, I have to change my review for this location to 5 stars from 1 star. At first I thought this was a tiny little taco bell that barely had standing room, but turns out there's an entire spacious... dining room upstairs!! The layout is gorgeous wood and extremely comfortable! We also loved that this taco bell has allrecyclable wrappers for all of their food! I'm not sure if this is just at this location, or all of New York but I'm so excitedthey took the extra time to invest in the environment! Thank you Taco Bell Cantina!! Read more

They have really good seating area on the second floor where you can have a piece of mind while you are having your meal... or... you can do some quick work. I think that they should have their employees overseeing the second floor on every 30 minutesbecause while I was there one guy came up and he never ordered anything... he just used the table to make few blunts and heleft... ???? No one on register to take your order. They have tons of kiosks, so basically, self serve. If you make a mistake, you have to... start all over. Very frustrating. I like to give my orders to a live person, save a job too. The wait was long consideringonly 1 person waiting. Very clean and open space. Food was cold. Read more
