Service is fine, but the food quality is really below what a Japanese restaurant should deliver. To reply the restaurant?... questions: For the sushi, the fish was ok, but the rice was not. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This is the worst ?Japanese? food I have ever eaten in my life. Quality is sub par. Not... sure how can anyone go this wrong with miso soup. Their so called ginger dressing? on salad is nothing but soya sauce. Theyclaim it has ginger. What a joke. Even the smallest of the smallest Chinese owned Japanese restaurants use carrot gingerdressing. All I can say is I thought of eating a light lunch. Instead, I walked away with a bloated stomach and a massiveheadache because I have gluten allergy and soya sauce has gluten. Their negligence is astounding. Read more
It was a Tonkatsu dinner we order. It took too long, what I saw was shocked. The meat was so thin and so dry. Soba without... deping sauce ,it very tiny portion, tiny portion of potato salad. Looks like the meat was old. They took a while to cook. Why?If food is old then you cook more. Otherwise people get sick. As Japanese person I felt ashamed to see that the quality of foodwas out of 1 to 10, I said 3. The price for such food should not be served. Later we felt sick. In a group of three, we spent way more than we wanted. I'd prefer to give something between 3.5-4 if possible. I've had better... but also a lot worst. Food and service were good here but nothing stood out exceptionally. However, this is a good spot if youwant sushi/sashimi/other appetizers that seemed consistent in taste and freshness. Read more
