I'm never stepping foot in here again; the game was on ? and I figured it would be nice to sit and enjoy it with some lunch. No... host to attend to me. Management looked me in my eyes while I stood there and did nothing so I asked them if I could sit at thebar... Almost no waiter to attend to me either because "sorry hun, I'm busy making the drinks for everyone" - interestinglyenough she thought I didn't observe her serve drinks to people at the bar that she was familiar with, that sat after me. As youcan see (or not) I ordered the "Cajun alfredo" comes with garlic bread it said ???? where? It was a plate with pasta, shrimp, chicken in oil with a bread stick ??????????? I had to add salt and pepper to flavor it up, I've never had to touch those thingsat a restaurant. What a disappointment... Serves me right for not taking my ???? home where I had food to eat. Also, I hateeating at restaurants where the staff is constantly complaining "low" to each other about other tables... I've sorta worked inthe industry: go outside or in the back or something and do that but on the floor and around the bar. Terrible, this place is ahard pass for me. Read more

Our first time at tgif after 4 years. We had the new Fajita plate. Chicken and Sirloin. The food was good, staff was friendly.... Only one thing is missing. The menu card don't tell the prices of beverages. It's kinda uncomfortable not knowing if I have topay $8 or $20 for a Cocktail oder beer. Read more

Expensive. Had a Sampler for $24 with little portion. Whiskey Glazed on Everything. It was too sweet like a syrup. It's... better to serve the syrup on the side, not on it. It's disappointing and discouraging. Chicken Strips were saggy. Servicewas slow and they were not even busy. Oh yeah, the server reminded us that tip was not included. ????. Read more

With So many restaurants to choose from in the city(NYC). I chose TGI Fridays to have lunch(5/10/2022). As soon as you walk... in,the hostess greet you and ask if you want a table or sit at the bar. So,I chose bar. As soon as I sat down, the waitress IDme(which was great) to see if I was of age. She placed the menu in front of me(which also was used as my table mat)gave me thebathroom code(which you need to use it). I placed my order at or around 12:42pm,and it arrived fifteen minutes later(which itwasn?t bad). I got The Beyond Meat Cheeseburger,(which was good coming from an non traditional vegan/vegetarianrestaurant)Ultimate L.I. Ice Tea(which was strong, compared to other fast food chains/restaurants) and a Brownie Obsession(whichhit the sweet spot). All and all. I give this restaurant/fast food chain four stars and two thumbs ups for greatservice, cleanliness, and good food. Read more

Had a very nice dinner with my son's. We had to wait 20 minutes to get seated because they're super busy. It's great that they... have 3 floors. It really adds to the atmosphere and makes for a nice looking environment. The food took about 20 minutes aswell. I ordered the grilled salmon and it was delicious. Tender, flaky, and with a nice flavor. My son's got burgers and I heardno complaints. The food was quick but high quality. Read more
