Food was a good quality but sadly there were tons of small and large bits of cardamom. Whilst this flavour is essential,... generally it is using sparingly and placed in a cloth and extracted prior to serving, due to it's extremely bitter, soapyflavour. It was not good. I can't recommend this place more. Don't listen to any of the criticisms ("they didn't take the menus away." However will we... live on?!). The food is top of the top and the owner and staff are fantastic. I have had the great privilege of fantasticIndian food throughout my life. But this was up there near the top my friends. The lamb chops were so perfectly spiced andtender we thought they were taken off the bone, prepared, and put back on. The lamb biryani: fantastic. The Dahi Puri weresensational balls of semolina and yogurt that blew my mind with their eat-all-in-one-bite goodness.
