Went here for lunch and we (2) were able to be immediately sat which was nice. It was otherwise packed. Our server was polite... and got our drink order. She poured our Pellogrino for us and took our food order. Our food came out very quickly and it wasdelicious. I didn’t lick the bowl but I wanted to. Unfortunately, our experience went straight downhill after that. We neversaw our server, Lauren, it said on the receipt, again. Our dishes were picked up quickly by someone after we finished eating andthen we waited for about 20 minutes. I then went to go find someone for our bill. The first person I asked said “yea, I’llsend someone to you.” He said it in a way that I was not surprised when no one came. So, after another however long of waitingI found another server and I told her that my friend and I had been waiting 20 minutes for our bill and that I couldn’t findmy server. I said “ I don’t know if she left?” She said “I’m sure she didn’t leave “ in a tone like slightlycondescending. “ thank you for your patience “. A male server then quickly got our bill for us and then came back for thecards before I could even get it out of my wallet. I was like damn. We quickly left as we had been waiting so long. Theexperience was really baffling and I won’t ever be back. Read more

I was taken here for a pre-birthday dinner with friends (so not sure about the all-in costs). Be forewarned there was basically... NO air conditioning!! When it’s 90°+ in NYC that’s a serious problem. The manager said it’s because they have bigwindows. Huh? It really did negatively affect the evening and made it difficult to enjoy dinner. Having said that, the servicewas pretty good although it took a really long time for our second round of drinks to arrive and the restaurant was half emptyby then so not sure what caused that. The large seafood tower was very nice at $110, a tasty small cold scallop dish and asmall tuna dish. Some fresh and plump jumbo shrimp and about a dozen oysters. Other small starters were good (and small). Ienjoyed the burrata. Broccolini was ok. Radishes were good. Three of us had the spicy crab spaghetti which I think everyoneagreed was the hit on the menu. Burger described as “good” without much enthusiasm and the hanger steak also decent. Ithought the basque cheesecake was very good. Drinks were tasty, interesting cocktail menu but the drinks could come out a littlemore expeditiously. Not sure I’d go back in summer. Read more

West Chelsea gem! Good portions, creative combinations, and heavy on flavor, but not sugar / oil. Standard prices for the... neighborhood, but nothing ridiculous. Great service. Highly recommend! Read more

Wish I could give that last star. This decor and patio are lovely. Everything tastes great but some dishes came out burnt. Also... portions were small and we had a large group so just better communication from staff about this could've been great. Read more

This is a gem! The food is incredible as well as the team that works there. I had no reservation yet they still sat us in the... garden at a lovely table and made the afternoon special for family that was visiting from out of town. My sister in law is a bigfoodie and said the food was some of the best she had ever had. I am more of a "drink"-ie than a foodie and I can say thedrinks were also to die for! Definitely check it out! This is a neighborhood gem! The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The buildout is very cute and on warm days, the... courtyard is absolutely charming. Unfortunately, our most recent (otherwise good) experience was overshadowed by the terribleservice received from our server, Adnan as it was obvious that he had no intention of ensuring that his guests enjoyedthemselves. Instead, his goal was to up-sell and turn our table as fast as he could. We had to tell him several times thatwe’ll start with drinks and would let him know when we were ready to order. He came back repeatedly and asked pushy questionslike, “would you like to pair your martinis with a seafood tower?” and “so, are you going to have dinner?” Curiously, after we ordered, we didn’t see him again until well after we finished; at which point, he came over to ask if we were thru, then just WALKED AWAY(!) hoping that a busser would come around and clear the plates for him (they sat for another 10 minutes). The greeters and bussers were excellent, but this particular server really made the evening much less enjoyable and shouldprobably be retrained. We ordered the seafood tower, the gem salad, crab spaghetti and steak frites- all were delicious. Woulddefinitely recommend if the caliber of server is elevated to meet the the restaurant’s otherwise excellent standards. Read more

Delicious pita and hummus, risotto and pasta with crab. Food was just so delicious and doesn’t make you bloated. The pita... chips were so fluffy and crispy at the same time. The vegetables were so fresh and tasty. Will definitely come back! Read more
