The waiters and bartenders didn't seem to care that my friend and I were sitting at the bar waiting for service. I finally got... tired and asked for menus. I was then given one menu. I explained to the man that I'd prefer not to share a menu with someoneand was then given a second menu. I ordered the salmon and was not wow'd. Nice crowd. Outside seating. It was crowded. Staff were overwhelmed. After waiting a long time, a waitress came and we ordered... food. After waiting a long time again, the food finally came. We were missing items, but at that point it didn't matter. We werejust happy to finally be eating. The food was actually good. I will try them again one day.. Read more
Tios Bistro. I've been going there for a number of years now. And I have ZERO complaints. Well...I do have one. My two favorite... bartenders no longer work there. But other than that. Great Food ! Even better Service! The bathrooms are really clean which was a plus . The people who served me food were extremely... friendly, but also efficient. Between each course they came by and cleaned our area, while also checking in to make sure we werepleased with our experience. They made my date and I feel appreciated , but most of all comfortable. I came here recently for my co-worker's birthday celebration and I?m a bit indifferent about the experience. For one, the place... is big and I do like that there was an indoor and an enclosed outdoor section. There were tons of heaters that made sittingoutdoors comfortable. Indoors were a bar and high tables with a live DJ. It was packed and there was one server that wasattending to the backyard. He was a bit overwhelmed and was trying but then gave me the wrong drink and meal. When I got mycorrect drink (mango margarita), all the mango syrup was at the bottom and it didn?t have the kick in it that I thought it wouldhave. The chicken tacos were decent, it was just a bit bland and needed a bit more seasoning. In the end, the server didn?tseem compassionate about my drink situation and food and even charged me as well. This place seems to have a lot of potentialbut isn?t equipped to handle large amounts of people and catering to customer service. Read more
