This was my first time having Turkish food, and I had such a fantastic experience here. The service was impeccable and speed of... serving food was outstanding. I had a special appetizer of the Phyllo dough with feta and herbs, as well as the chefs special oflamb wrapped in Phyllo for a late lunch — both were delicious and fresh, and they offered me some spicy hummus and pita on thehouse. I ordered two orders of baklava to go and they gave me some baklava and Turkish delight on the house, both of which werescrumptious. If I could give more than five stars, I would have! I would HIGHLY recommend visiting this spot! The service was exceptional;... the food was very delicious! And it's a woman-owned restaurant! My colleague and I sat in the garden room in the back - a SUPERcute area, especially on a nice day. I will certainly be making another visit! Read more

Wonderful. I stumbled across this while my wife and daughter were at a show off Broadway. I had never had Turkish food, and I... have to say this was a great representation. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming andpleasant. The food was wonderful. I tried the special appetizer, which was a type of crepe.....loved it. Dinner was a groundlamb patty. I asked them to make it spicy, and they did, and I loved every bite! Couldn't recommend this place more. Stumbled upon this gem while looking to grab a bite to eat before a Broadway show. My friend and I were looking at the menu when... we were greeted outside. Delicious avocado hummus special. The food was good as expected. However, I wouldn’t recommend going on weekends during rush service because you’ll be waiting... for your food for awhile. The staff couldn’t handle the rush of customers. It took the servers about 20min to take our orderand additional 45 min for our food to come out. I don’t recommend if you have to keep on a schedule. It even took awhile toget the bill as well. Another table had to help us get a servers attention so we could pay. If you wanna enjoy the food, youshould go after the dinner rush. Read more
Got chopped chicken and it was very good Their food tastes great and looks great, I mean it's probably one of the most beautiful... servings I've seen in a long time. You can see someone really puts attention to how the dish looks. While I was waiting theyalso offered hummus with pita bread - free of charge. And after I was done they also brought a tea and a Turkish delight - freeof charge. Highly recommend to try if you're in NYC! Read more
