Been coming here for the last 3 years and it’s easily my favorite Italian spot in NYC. Every time we have friends come over... and they want Italian food, this is our go to spot. Their Bruchettas are unique and tasty. My favorite entrees are definitelythe Truffle Gnocchi and the Eggplant Parmesan!! They have awesome wine and don’t even get me started on their Tiramisu???? We also love that they’re open late night and have a late night menu. And Uva Next Door is also great!! Read more

@uvanyc was so lovely. the fava bean ???? salad ???? + ceaser salad were delicious appetizing. fava bean was better in fact this... dish inspired me to eat more fava beans ???? the roasted tomato ???? soup was cream based, which i normally don’t like bc ofmy lactose intolerance that i ignore. this was lovely. both the gnocchi and pesto pasta were very good and very well made. thatbeing said, i would not order the gnocchi again. i’m not a cream sauce girl so my tummy hurt after eating this ????????#notcute also, you guys know idc for fancy desserts but this was absolutely wonderful - the perfect way to end themeal. • • overall, uva IS a must try ! fava bean salad, specialty soup, and the almond cake are officially branded as a NYCmust have. the Caesar salad was good but i would order another when i return. i would order different pasta ???? dishes.something a little more refreshing that pairs well w the rest of the courses. BUT if you like cream sauces, GET THE gnocchi!!!!ALSO vibes were immaculate, this place was gorgeous Read more

Food 8/10 Solid traditional pasta, a very local spot on the UES. The gnocchi was fluffy and chewy at the same time, super... filling I couldn’t finish it. Calamari turns out wasn’t fried, but came in a salad, which was really good too. Atmosphere8/10 Definitely a place you come for an authentic Italian experience, loud yet elegant, a lot is going on but it’s organizedand makes sense. Service 8/10 Good recommendations. Read more

The waiter was simply a pleasure, very professional and attentive. The whole experience was quite nice. The food came out... pretty much right after I ordered it. They took the dishes and refilled my glass regularly. The food was ok. The Parppedelleand involtini melanzane were delicious. But the carpaccio manzo was underwhelming. The mood was very romantic, so I wouldn't gojust because the food. Read more

One of the best pasta places in UES!!!! Parlardelle ragu the best! Gnocchi Ricotta excellent! (Even without truffles) Cavatelli... pesto is a must for pest lover. Other side dishes were alright. The service ???????? I don’t usually go to UES for dinnersbut I would definitely come back for pasta! Read more

My boyfriend loves this place and I can tell why. We got 2 appetizers, one entree and one bottle of Riesling. Totally fell in... love with the ricotta cheese. Meatballs are meatballs to me. The seafood soup is so aromatic and savory. Nice service and verycozy atmosphere. Read more

This cozy Italian gem is a "must indulge". We were introduced to it by our daughter and step-son who just relocated to Brooklyn... from. Los Angeles. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was very cool and calm. The decor is one of its best features. Andthe service was on point. I was a little let down by the first stupid chose (a mushroom something or other), but they traded itfor me with a zucchini, saffron puree that hit the spot!! Great job everyone! Read more
