My first time trying greek food but I was pleasantly surprised! They give complimentary olives and pita at the start and it was... literally the best pita I've had: a nice balance of doughy and crunchy. I ordered the lamb shank and it was cookedbeautifully(literally fall off the bone tender) but my only complaint was the "pasta" it came with. You can definitely tasteevery ingredient they used but the yiouvetsi was very strong with the tomato and a little too sour. The menu states its pastabut it a texture that moreso resembled risoto. But this might be my lack of knowledge on greek food showing. My table all hadabsolutely no complaints about the meat though, Village Taverna definitely knows how to cook their meats! Read more

The gyro platter was great. The only issue I had was the service seemed a little slow. We went at an odd time (3pm) and they... seemed under staffed. The Greek salad was a small and was more than enough for 2. The gyro platter was a lot of fun. Oneplatter is enough for two people. Read more
Beautiful place, a large choice of good Mediterranean food. Staff should pay more attention to their customers and wear a mask.... We did not have the chance to eat a dessert (and we still have no idea if they really have a dessert menu…). Read more
The food was great! Dishes you wouldn’t see everyday. The pasticio was like a warm baked pasta, amazing! Only thing I would... have appreciated more was having warmer cuts. Located in the Village, this Greek restaurant serves excellent Greek cuisine. The seafood is always fresh. Ask for the daily... specials. Had the mussels last week and they were excellent. Today, we had the lamb chops and lavraki. Both dishes were reallygood. Outdoor seating is available and very comfortable. Read more
