Food was great and unique, great take on traditional Thai food with a modern twist. However, beware of prices as they can... quickly add up. In addition, we were celebrating a birthday and brought cupcakes from outside the restaurant. They charged anadditional cakeage fee per person which felt insulting given the amount of money spent on the meal as a whole. Read more

Love the authentic flavours that’s hard to replicate outside of Thailand. The fried fish is astounding, paired with the... perfect spicy sauce that reminds me of Bangkok. Make sure to get the lobster noodles — so lush and such generous with themeat. Get the beef ribs too, they are amazing. Order the calamari for the green sauce that you can pair with almost any otherdish. Will definitely come back next time I’m in New York! Read more

4.0 | cute spot to grab a buffet-style to-go or dine in meal! very very yummy. I can only imagine if we made it with more time... before closing between lunch and dinner. the vegetable curry was so so good. I loved the tofu and the egg soaked tamarind wascool too. I would definitely come back. their in-house thai tea was also great. nice spot and very low key. Read more

Wayla has been on my bucket list for a while and we finally got a chance to visit with a group of four. We made a reservation in... advance and it’s not that difficult to grab one table. The decor was cozy, relaxing and humble with plenty of seating bothindoor & outdoor. The manager was friendly and considerate to accommodate us with spaced table since we had a stroller for ourbaby girl. There wasn’t a great variety of options on the menu and we got Chicken Wings, BBQ Rib Skewers, Lobster Noodles &Steamed Branzino. The portion was more than enough with a reasonable price. The food was overall impressively delicious, especially the lobster noodle and BBQ rib skewers. The lobster was cooked properly, tender and went well with the flavorful ricenoodles. The ribs were soft and grilled juicy. Read more

Amazing food here. When you enter the restaurant, you notice the space isn’t that big and dark for dining. However, there’s... a hidden garden on the back where most of people prefer to take a sit. It might be a bit fancy or a bit pricey depending onwhat dishes you order, but, as soon as you taste the dish and see the amount it’s not that pricey at all. Our best menu wasthe Lobster pad thai and fried meatball dish that was wrapped in with noodle Read more

A little gem with outstanding Thai food and a small as well as different but very exciting menu. Went there with friends... yesterday for dinner to unwind after a busy day in the city. Very attentive service with good recommendations. Drinks areawesome, too, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. I highly recommend the Mango Tango, goes good with the spicy wok fried shrimps. My wife got the lobster, big enough to share and had some nice appetizers before. Definitely a place to recommend ???????? Read more

If you love Thai Food, run to Wayla, a restaurant inspired by the markets in Thailand. My wife and I went during a weekend... winter getaway and chose Wayla for the good food, drinks and heated outdoor seating. Here's why you should go: 1) Food: Usingfresh ingredients, anything you order will pop with flavor. My wife and I split the papaya salad, BBQ beef fried pork and yellowvegetable curry. With medium spice, each came with a kick, but not overpowering. The BBQ beef fried rice took the cake- perfectspice level and delicious! We got their version of sticky rice and mango where the mango was a foam and cream. 2) Drinks: Theyhave an impressive cocktail menu, including a few non-alcoholic options. Their signature drink "Sway Wayla" is the best gincocktail I've ever had and comes out purple thanks to the pea blossom. They made a non-alcoholic version for my wife. 3) Space:During the winter, they have several private cabins with heaters. The cabin doors close making for a private experience and onewithout cold wind blowing in. It's the best outdoor dining pod we've dined in yet. 4) Service: From the hostess to the server, they treat you like family- attentive, helpful and kind. Read more
