Used to be a go-to place but their quality been dropping lately. The Chicken BLT is tiny and some fries were bad (maybe from bad... potatoes). Make sure to check the bag before leaving the store for sauces. Read more
The burger was not aligned properly. All the ingredients in burger were displaced. There is no refill even though it is... mentioned in the Wendy's website that there would be. Would not suggest to one who want burger with good amount of soda. Theburger was not worth coming too. Read more
Horrible. It took the longest time to receive the order. They barely have any staff. Then the food was cold. I dined in... and the place was really unkept. The garbage was climbing out of the cans up the wall. There were gnats flying around. Theworst experience. I normally like this place but it was horrible. Read more
I went after the lunch rush..approximately 3pm. Full staff but management was totally inept at moving the orders along . ... Waited 15 minutes for a junior frosty and a value chicken sandwich. I truly feel sorry for those employees with that inept levelof management. Read more
The service here is very poor. I downloaded the app to get the free ten piece chicken nugget offer it gives. When I got inside... the person at the register scanned the offer but didn?t know how to apply it to my order. When another worker came to help theyhad to re-scan for the offer again. Because of this I was told that the offer was ineligible because they scanned the app twice.So I never got my free offer and didn?t get anything except a ?it says it doesn?t work anymore?. The customer service wasterrible and the lack of knowledge the workers had of their own register shows how this establishment is truly run. Not tomention the cleanliness of the place was horrible. It is great, only the fries were no salty at all, no taste..few homeless, junkie people was sleeping :( and the ordering... terminal paying slot was not working. Had to start all over on another terminal. They missed 1of my customized order, greatService they changed it in no second and left us with the extra wrong one as well. Recommend Read more
