we put an order on line for pick up told us what time to pick up we get there they don't have our order as we were standing... there it printed out we were just about to do it again. which we would have been double charged. we finally get our food couldnot wait to get out of there didn't give you a cup had to ask for it went to get soda no ice!! and to seal the deal when we gotback to the office we had no sour cream for the baked potato, the wrong dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets!! worst experienceever!!! figure ordering ahead would be quick and easy I guess not so we had to eat our food without sour cream., dipping sauceand warm soda!! Oh and I ask for sweet tea I got unsweetened tea what a waste of Money!!! Read more
So unbelievably slow - have now been waiting 20 min for a fast food hamburger. Completely insane. The owner should have to eat... here every meal until his staff figures out how to reduce wait times to a reasonable length. It's not even crowded! Read more
My regards to the coffee lovers. I love Wendy's just, because they have a good coffee. Secondly, that purchase takes short... time. Just what I want to announce. Nothing else. In the middle of the afternoon where almost every where business isdecreases without any problems I am getting what I am dreaming to got it. BLACK COFFEE. The restaurant is medium size. They have security in premises. The line is pretty fast. There is alot of workers so you get your... food like 3minutes pretty fast. the staff are nice and make you feel welcome. They are patient and listen to your order. They donot have apple pay. You can order ahead if you have a card. They have wheelchair accessible entrance. I will come back to thiswendy it was pretty good. Read more

Burgers and options are ample. Servers are really slow paced to prepare orders, and sometimes the waiting time is more than 20... minutes (fast food???). The place has a very nice and cozy area but it's employees close it down every day so they don't have toclean it often. The sitting area is mostly open, but employees tend to close it pretty early so they don't have to clean it.They even close the trash containers and keave only one of them open! The latest? If you don't ask for napkins, they won't giveyou. Restroom is a mess. Read more
