What a great burger and fries I loved it I saw my friend to go wendy?s
My son said that I should visit a Wendy's when in the US. What an absolute disappointment. Food was greasy, tasted OK, service... was poor - staff were run off their feet. The restaurant itself was so basic. It was pretty pricy at $21 for a kids hamburger,a bacon burger, two fries and two diet cokes. It was self service for the drinks machine. It was my first time going to a wendys and im not disappointed! It was very good food and we only had to wait about 3 minutes... for it. Bad things: The floor was kind of sticky, so it hasnt been cleaned in a bit. It doesnt say on the display if somethingisn't in stock so they just end up charging you for something you didn't get. The staff were ok, but they seemed superdemotivated to do anything. It may sound like a bad restaurant based on those negatives, but: You can go to the counter andthey will either check the back if they do have it and if they don't you will get a chargeback. Wendy?s never disappoints - this one is narrow and doesn?t have too much seating but order ahead on the app to skip the... line! Also, I recommend the new ghost pepper ranch if you like spicy sauces. Read more

When I got my order 4 for 4 both of the burgers had nothing but a burger and a bun. No ketchup pickles or the rest of the... ingredients for it. Chicken nuggets were missing. When I told the lady at the front she said she was aware of it being madeincorrectly. Then ignored me. the lady waiving in the back of the video asked me in a rude manner "what's the problem" nocustomer should be treated like that. Not sure if the one waving is equipped to handle a busy environment. Might be Wendy's notproperly training their staff. Read more
