This place is very slow in its food preparation. There was literally not a single person there when I went to pick up my food... that was ordered online and the food had not even been prepared when I arrived. There were 3 person working in the morning andonly one person preparing the food. I can visibly see he's a trainee looking through the recipe in what to put on everysandwich. The bathroom was not available to use because one of the worker claimed that it was locked the night before and no onehas the key for it, which I find unbelievable. Read more
I used to go here a lot. I would order on the app because it?s more convenient for me, but every time I have a mobile order it... takes long for me to receive my order defeating the purpose of ordering on my phone. I would literally have to wait around whilemy food is just chilling on the back counter sometimes. Also, the men?s bathroom is horrible. I haven?t gone to a Wendy?s in years. Was about to pass this place late at night but decided to go in since they were still... open. Service was mediocre, woman calling out orders didn?t seem to know how to say people?s names properly which is prettyimportant if you?re going to be calling them to give their orders. The names weren?t even ?exotic?, mind you. Anyway, orderedsome spicy nuggets, chicken sandwich, double cheese burger and small chili. Nuggets were very good and didn?t have that weirdspongy texture a lot of cheap nuggets have. Also had a decent kick to it when paired with the ghost pepper ranch compared tomany fast food joints that calls something spicy but isn?t. Chicken sandwich was just a basic fried patty with lettuce and mayoon a bun, tastes just like the one from McDonald?s but I think I prefer the McChicken. The double cheeseburger was so good andjuicy. The chili, not sure if maybe it?s just this location but it didn?t taste all that great, for a chili. It tasted more likea strongly seasoned pasta sauce. Overall, good food. Read more
Came at noon, Saturday 10/08. Wasn't very busy, but it took 30 minutes to get my food. Definitely not fast food here. They... looked pretty well staffed but folks moved very slowly and I'm guessing (or hoping) it's because the guy working the grill wasjust new. But not just his fault. The chicken sandwich and burger was good, but one of the small fries had hair. Also, thefloor was very very sticky. It was clear someone had spilled a drink a while ago. There were employees that were not doinganything, someone should've grabbed a mop. Its very unfortunate because it looks like it was a remodeled wendys that was justnot taken care of. I stopped in at this location because we wanted a snack. It was filthy! I went in the restroom and turned around immediately. I... mentioned it to the manager, who said he was aware but did nothing. I used my own disinfectant wipes to clean our table and weate our fries and nuggets quickly. Seating was limited as the downstairs seating was closed off. We were confronted severaltimes by someone experiencing homelessness and/or mental health issues. Staff was rude. I won't return. Read more
All I wanted was breakfast before work, had to wait 30 mins for only a bacon egg and cheese. The kitchen was full of people... standing around on their phones or looking out into space. Had to remind them twice about my order. The first person I toldimmediately left the building. It was also the size of a dollar coin. I came here today with the kids cause they just had to have Wendy?s. My son and I asked one of the cashiers to use the restroom... she told me that only the men?s bathroom was ?working?. This is what I saw after going in. Needless to say I didn?t use it.Furthermore, on my way out of the long corridor that leads to the bathroom, I encountered the manager who was speaking to a manwho seemed to also be an employee. I explained that the bathroom was floor was dirty with urine, there was no toilet paper andshe just brushed it off. So if that?s how things are run, I am not returning here. Read more
They served me raw chicken. This place should be shut down! Please for your own health and safety avoid this location!!
