The quality of the food really pretty good the experience is horrifying. Not enough tables which I could live with if they... provided some sort of counter to stand up and eat your food. What really cements the horrible experience is the woman callingout the order numbers who makes Rosie Perez sound like the love child of Mel Tormé and Beverly Sills. I've cut out most fast food, but this day I found myself deliriously hungry while on my way to the grocery store. I just wanted... a quick bite to keep it moving. Every place seemed to have a line, except Wendy's and lo and behold-- they have a breakfastmenu! The breakfast sandwich was delicious, but let's talk the seasoned potato wedges. Woah! I was not expecting that. I wouldgo just for the potatoes for breakfast.They were seasoned to perfection, and filling. I was able to order and eat before the midday lunch rush and the place was clean and tables spaced out enough that you didn't feel crowded. Read more
This is one of the cleaner restaurants. Mainly due to its location. The machines are glitchy and need to be pressed more than a... few times just to get it to work once. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was pretty well made. The tables were allclean, along with the fountain machine. I actually enjoyed my experience here. Read more
IT WAS NOT BUSY FOR THEM TO FORGET 1 OF THE MEAL 4/5 ????... I don't know what it's going on with Wendy's restaurants but their... service is going downhill and the sad part is that non of the corps check on these restaurants to see how the customer serviceis. Last month I was by 34th st and 5th Avenue and I decided to buy Wendy's assuming that this one would be better but nooooo, Iplaced an order 5 combos meals and 5 bottles of water so if I bought 5 meals combos (How in the world the guy who packed ourmeals will forget that we had 5 combos meals)? I always checked the bag open the sandwiches to make sure that everything I orderwas correct; when I noticed that 1 meal was missing. I have to contact the headquarters because this is ridiculous and notmentioning how unprofessional some crew members are towards the customers.. is like we bothered them and we for work them whenin reality they work for us by providing us with a service that we paid for. newish Wendy?s location has open on East 23rd. location is pretty big but there there?s no seating currently bc of?well you... know. the interior is clean and well-maintained. the location doesn?t seem to have a lot of foot traffic currently. there are aton of touchscreens to order from but they don?t work that well (probably bc they are new). it took me several minutes to getthe touchscreen to work bc the screens were not working properly?i should have just walked to the register and paid instead. ohwell. seriously, Wendy?s ? fix the touchscreens lol ordered a combo meal. it was put together quickly and neatly bagged to go.much like most fast food experiences at Wendy?s, the food tasted fine and hit the spot when i got home. the fries were stillwarm, nuggets were still crunchy, and the cheeseburger still melty. no complaints. staff seems pretty relaxed and friendlyenough. So I know it just opened and they are all learning to make the items. But y sandwiches came with no lettuce or tomatoes but they... added the extra things I asked for. I?ll give the benefit of doubt. Again cause they still learning. But really study thesandwiches please. I work in fast food as well. I?m sad my sandwiches doesn?t have the toppings that suppose to come on it. Read more

I was actually surprised walking into this location. It looks a lot nicer than most Wendy's. Service was quick and I got the... chicken BLT biggie bag. They have a coca cola freestyle machine and I usually get a diet soda so I had more options.Unfortunately the chicken sandwich was cold. The cheese wasn't melted and the bacon seemed undercooked. The nuggets whiletasting okay had a microwave texture with no crisp whatsoever. The fries were actually really fresh and crispy. Read more
