Tasty wings, but service was a bit slow? maybe because I went during a busy night? But worth the wait as wings were good & the... staff was friendly. However the wings are not as spicy as I remembered it (it?s been years since I had Wing Stop). Wings pricesare a little pricey, not much difference between buying wings only or a meal, so a better deal is buying the meal. I would comeback here again when I go to NYC in the future. Read more
I went there this past week with some friends of mine, it was their first time at wingstop and I wanted to leave them with a... good impression because I love wingstop. We got there and it was quite busy but the line moved quickly, we were greeted as soonas we walked in and received exceptional service from the cashier who suggested we complete the survey for a free item. Afterabout 10-15 minutes we received our food it was hot and fresh and the flavors were perfect, definitely made a great impressionon my friends we will be returning again! Read more
Slow service, workers definitely don't care about fulfilling orders properly or in a timely manner. Sometimes they just straight... up ignore you when you wanna order. People just waiting in a hot restaurant waiting for their orders for an hour is justhorrible. Wing Stop better fix this. Read more

Shanta & the crew working the night shift have outstanding customer service skills. They quickly resolved my situation and did... it with sweet attitudes. I?ve came in a couple times and have employees with such sweet attitudes. Big shoutout to the team.Fresh fries and delicious wings and great customer service. I?d like to start out by giving props where they?re due and that?s to the cashier whose name I unfortunately do not recall. She... was kind, very sweet and overall had an amazing aura so for that, all the best to you. Let?s get to business now. The food waschewy and hard although the flavors were present and quite good. To make matters even worse, the morning after eating the food,I fell victim to a horrible case of food poisoning which in my opinion, is very telling. Please, do better in the future. Read more
The only reason this place gets any stars is the cashier and the flavor on the wings. Cashier was friendly and helpful, and the... dry rubs on the wings tasted good. That said, everything else about this was terrible. To echo what other people have said,they are not at all transparent with prices. The menu board doesn't list a single price or calorie information (required bycity law). They encourage you to scan a QR code for the full menu and that information. it's shady at best and deceitful atworst. The wings were swimming in a pool of grease which was gross. The wings at the top tasted good but got weird toward thebottom. Not a glove to be seen on the back of house staff. Wings were fresh but the fries were cold and wilted. I feel badbecause I WANT to love it, but several months after opening, they just don't have it together. Read more
The food is pretty good?when you get it. The delivery is awful and the when they did not include all of my items, I?ve been... unable to get a refund as I cannot reach anyone at the restaurant. It has been numerous phone calls and emails to no avail. Thedeliveries are always 20-30 minutes later than the estimated time when you order. It is really unfortunate because I can tastethe flavor in the cold food. Read more
