Unfortunately as a person grow up in Xian, I didn?t find food are very similar to hometown food. Overall it?s good. Too bad they... don?t have cold skin noodles, which is the one I really wanna try. Stir fried noodles is pretty good. Dumplings? skin is quitethick which I wasn?t very enjoying? They do have cold skin noodles but they said it?s very hard so it can?t eat as cold(which isthe original way to eat it). It can only be served as stir fry. Yea, tastes is different so it should name Based on Xian or Xianinspired food. It said Xian famous food so I did expect to taste like real Xian food. Read more

Almost everything is spicy, except the Chinese style pulled pork ?burger?. The noodles are authentic and perfectly handmade,... with lamb and beef mostly. Spacious and casual seatings are available. Accepts credit card. Has toilet. Dumplings are availabletoo besides various styles of noodles. What?s not to like? Read more

You can place your order on the kiosk or with the server at the front. I ordered the cumin lamb hand pulled noodles at medium... spice level. The dish was prepared within 10 minutes and you are called by your order # to pick up. It was very flavorful andenough of a serving size to take some home. The dining area is small and you may be expected to dine with your neighbors. Thereis also an outdoor dining area. Clean up after yourself. The price you see listed is what they charge, no tax or tip! Woulddefinitely come back again to try their other dishes! Read more

Wonderful fast paced location. If you're looking for the liangpi, get it early. By dinner time it easily sells out. The tofu is... also especially soft and delicious. The buns are rather average. There are no servers, so please clean up after yourself. Alsono free water Read more

I ordered the spicy cumin lamb noodles with mild spice. This was delicious. Noodles had great texture! I don't have amazing... spice tolerance, so ordering mild was a great choice on this particular dish. I might have been able to handle the regularspice, but mild was delicious and didn't leave my mouth burning all day. There is fairly limited seating at this location. There's one large table and some seats along the sides. They were quite busy within the first hour of opening, but it lookedlike they were very timely with all their orders - takeout and dine-in. Read more

A spicy lunch on a super hot day since I went back in the last summer. Highlights of the menu: 1. Spicy cumin lamb hand-ripped... noodles 2. Stewed pork burger 3. Spicy & sour dumplings 4. Cold noodles with cucumber 5. Cold salad with tofu 6. Jasmine tea(unsweetened) This is a chain of the fast Western Chinese food in New York. A very spicy and popular place for casual Chinesedishes that is very good for lunches. If you?re not a big fan of spiciness, there are also some cold dishes that help to coolyou down. I did help a bite of the cold dish. Also, heir herbal drink selections are great, perfect after the spiced dishes. Read more

I will be honest and say that there was quite the wait. Probably took about 35 minutes for my 3 orders to come out, but at the... end of the day, the food is what matter to me and I saw how busy the place was. Food was great. I've been to China and haveeaten authentic chili oil based foods and this place is just as good, if not better. I would highly recommend this spot. Read more
