What a terrible experience for Cinco de Mayo. Pedro was outr waiter and he was drunk when we arrived at 7pm. He added a $25... drink without me asking for it and when I asked him about it he became defensive and said I couldn\'t afford it.\nAfter an houri asked for the bill and before he could retrieve my debit card I asked him for a 2nd round of drinks which he then refused toadd and serve. He stated he could not serve me another round if drinks although the party of 10 that I was with was not done forthe night. So to avoid any issues I went to the bar to pay my tab and order snothrt round if drinks. From across the bar heproceeded to make faces at me like an adolescent child. At that point I felt targeted and bullied so I informed the managerWaska. Waska then informed he will speak to Pedro and address the issue. That didn\'t happen either Pedro then came to my tableand began to scream and yell that I was only there for trouble. I have never experienced anything like this at any place ofbusiness. Mario is so cool. We are from FL and just wandered in to this bar and had a blast. He is knowledgeable on the tequilas in the... bar and his demeanor is exceptionally friendly. He convinced us it was worth it to go to the top of the one world trade and hewas right. We will be back just because of him. Read more
I?m not sure what the position was of the person that served me but she was extremely helpful. My child fell asleep in my car so... I couldn?t step out to get the order, she came outside to help me. She was so busy and still made sure she took care of me. I?msuper thankful.\n\nThe food was also really good. My partner is Mexican so I know what good authentic Mexican food is and that?sexactly what we got. I don?t usually look for Mexican food in the city but was pretty surprised to find this little gem. The food came out real fast and hot. The fajitas were good and fresh, and the beans were good as well. The rice wasn?t so great.... It tasted like it had been made in a large amount a lot earlier in the night, and it was made with frozen vegetables. Overall, Idid like this place. Read more
