The service and ambiance were 5 stars! Oscar was our server and took such good care of us. The dips are amazing, especially the... whipped apricot. We got salad with the bed and shrimp, but they accidentally have chicken. To compensate, they gave the beef onthe house. The beef was the star - chicken and shrimp were ok. The desserts were phenomenal. Loved the refreshing lemon frozenyogurt and the cheesecake. Not overly sweet like most desserts and unique presentation. My only complaint is that I saw acockroach on two containers of ingredients. I understand that cockroaches are everywhere in New York, but I think therestaurants could?ve covered the food instead of leaving it open. The manger swiftly spoke with me and apologized, and thenthrew out the ingredients, so I think they handled it very well. Overall, definitely going back!! Read more

The dips selection was authentic and delicious. I would definitely come back again just to get that. The other items were less... stellar IMO, and didn?t pair well together. The sweet potatoe side should have been on the dessert menu (it is incredibly richand sweet, but arguably in an overwhelming way). But overall, a good place for a quick snack and beautiful ambiance. Again, thedips were the saving grace, particularly since I steered clear of the entree menu because there weren?t many vegetarian optionsotherwise. Read more

We didn't need to order much to be full. Their set of dips were so worth it and all very delicious - highly recommend to share!... The dessert, their pineapple that looked so good...wasn't at all what we expected. It was charred but chilled so I'd say betterskip this and get something else. The ambience inside was really nice, but we only got a peek of it since we sat outside Read more

Great find in Hudson Yards. We came here for brunch and we're impressed with the service (shout-out to Orlando!) and food. If... you're looking for a lot of healthy options, this is it! Their spritz was incredibly refreshing! Definitely come with a groupand share the dips. There was a small issue with one of our dishes and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. We willcome back for dinner! Read more

I can?t say that anything at Zou Zou?s really blew me away. The dessert was good, the latkes were good, the dips were also good,... but for the price point I expected a lot more. Either in portion size, taste, or service. The space is gorgeous. It?s modernand super cool to have the half open kitchen on the side. The service was not good. Water wasn?t filled after the first time, and our waiter got our order wrong and charged us for the mistake. It just felt like he couldn?t be bothered to help us out. Inormally am not a stickler about service but again for the price point and location I expected a lot more. Read more
