Biryani POT used to be good decent restaurants. Today when we ordered chicken boneless biryani it was been served with burnt... base rice which has that smell and taste, yogurt sucks.. when you inform the management, he was like “PLEASE GO HEAD AND PUTREVIEW” if it is not good, super rude.. I believe, they are least bothered or care about customer service or review.. insteadof taking review as an opportunity to improve service, these people doesn’t care !! Overall I would give only 3 ratings. Restaurant wise is good. My experience was with their catering orders. Each tray size is... smaller. We had ordered an explicit tray for goat Currey for 40 ppl along with their regular package. However they made thatspecial curry for almost 20 ppl. Upon informing the store, it seems they have their side of explanation ready. They informed mebecause the special curry was so tasty all my parties consume that tray much. I would have given 0 stars if it was an option. We ordered kadai Vegetable and it was super greezy. The oil was just floating on... the curry and taste was bot that great. Veg Biryani was okay. We felt it was a total waste of money and would definitely notrecommend. Read more

I got chicken pieces in my biryani which was raw inside and also not fully cooke rice. Never going to order again.

Good food. They have a ton of online orders going. Mgmt is very friendly. Decent parking and i think this place deserves more.... They always give a chicken fry for free when you order family pack biryani which i this is great. Good food and nice location.Its right next to newpark mall with decent parking spots. Read more

We ordered Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani, Chicken 65, Paneer Butter Masala, Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani, Butter Naan and... Double Ka Metta. Overall we were very satisfied with the taste, quality and quantity. Biryani was delicious, meat was tender,and the spices were about right level. Chicken and Mutton in the biryani was well cooked. The best part of our order was Chicken65, it tasted really authentic and flavorful. Paneer Butter Masala was rich and creamy. It was a good combo for Naan. Willdefinitely reorder from here again.
