"Smoothies" is on the menu, but the server said they don't make smoothies anymore. If you buy anything, make sure you ask for a... lid, or use somethiing to shield it when you walk out. Why? Cobwebs that tangle the Cold Stone Creamery sign high up at thestore front may add free topping onto your order anytime! Newpark Mall itself looks miserable, its stores are unwelcoming, workers seem bitter, retail there is barely surviving... Read more

Tasted new flavor Ultimate Cake batter experience, and it is quite good. Creamery is located right next to Macy?s @2nd floor.... Lady serving there is friendly and taking care of guests nicely. Read more

I like the ice cream. I only complain because yesterday the ladies serving the ice cream did not wear globes, and did not have... proper training. The youngest one was handling our empty cups grabbing them by inside (like grabbing two cups with the same handwith two fingers and no globes!) I just asked them why no gloves and the older one said because the spoons and utensils slipswhen preparing the food. I barely believed that. no good experience. I usually go to Hayward A street. no complain of that one. Read more

Good tasting icecreams. Not so sweet. Nice ambience. Good service. But only few seats. Have to wait for seat. Takeaway ok.

Great ice cream and very nice girl working there. No napkins and scanner for your points were both out, but other than that we... enjoyed it. Read more

Good quality ice cream and good workers. The mall is lucky to have hard working employees like the ones I experienced. Still... friendly even though there was a long line. Team worked well together to be efficient. Read more

It's just meh. The girls working here make my orders wrong. I ask for no nuts and almost always they put nuts on it. I don't... have any food allergies but if I did that would be dangerous. The redeeming factor is that the ice cream is in fact delicious. Iprefer the location in Pacific Commons. Read more

This is the only Cold Stone in the East Bay that we had a "pleasant experience" . We had actually stopped going to Cold Stone... because we felt the service was bad and it seemed we were more of an inconvenience for people working there. If we don't feellike making the drive to Niles for ice cream this is the place we visit instead. Service is ok and it's always packed (sinceit's in a mall) but they do move through the line quickly and the ice cream is great. Read more
