They have one screen to order from so it makes a long line. I asked a question to a worker and it was like they were irritated I... had asked. The ordering program was bad it was even not user friendly to my 16 year old who is great with technology! We didn'tthink to order ahead. Also way over priced for what you get. I choose to past cause we were already spending so much so I tastedmy daughters and it was pretty good but nothing amazing. I also feel that they skimp on the toppings. After lunch kids wanted to have dessert & close by so we choose Icicles , we have never been to Icicles so was looking... forward.... We choose - STRAWBERRY FANTASY Fresh strawberries mixed with graham crackers and our classic custard base mixed toform this wonderful fantasy for your taste buds. We did a split so that kids can have without wasting. We added strawberrypopping boba. NUTELLA & CHILL The perfect way to chill out. This great play on words with a great blend of flavors starts with custard base blended with bananas, graham crackers and Nutella. We added chocolate syrup as topping. BAESIC For those that wanta simple flavor, try original vanilla custard and added Lychee as topping. ALL FUDGED UP If you love chocolate, then you've gotto try blend of caramel cups, chocolate, and brownies. We added chocolate chips & chocolate syrup. GULAB JAMUN - It's Indiansweet They smashed 1 Gulab Jamun then added the custard base & blended it. We added caramel, almonds & chocolate syrup. Overallit was a fun experience but it was tooo much sugar..... I think I would go for strawberry fantasy next time. Read more

**Bought through Door dash. If you folks had posted realistic photos on Doordash with your prices, I would NOT have purchased... the McDonald's tasting strawberry milkshake in a cup meant for a kid's meal, or the little bowl of mush! $30!!! Hope this msg gets through to the owners of this icicles. I live in the neighborhood and come here a lot to get ice cream with... my husband. I always get the vanilla x matcha flavors. This time I got SIGNIFICANTLY less ice cream, with toppings the cup isstill half empty. I told the girl that made it that it seems less than usual, she plainly said that ?that is the right portion?.Excuse me for the last 10 ice creams we purchased from here it was full with toppings. I continue to say I always get morebefore and she continues to deny me instead of asking per peers whether her work meets the standard. If $12 ice cream is halffull of a cup, that?s extremely overpriced. When she took out the condensed milk, it was like 20% full for each of the twoflavors, significantly less than usual. Hope the managers can put a mark on their milk cups so the the employees know to fill upenough milk for the ice cream. Not ?up to the employee? how much milk she feels like putting. Also they should train theiremployees to not deny customer complaints like that and be more polite. Especially if you charge the most $ for ice cream intown. ???? Read more
Bravacado is our favorite flavor at this place. Never tasted such a good ice cream and this unique type of method. All other... flavors are interesting combinations as well. Read more

Solid assortment of choices. Well prepared, love how long it stays cold. Server really took care of us and double checked if we... wanted toppings and gave suggestions. Saw a new person being trained in the background while we are, helped me understand howmuch care folks were putting into it. Read more
