I’m not sure what the training requirements are to become an overnight worker at Jack-in-the Box. I’ve never met someone so... incompetent at their job. The person taking orders at 4am can barely speak English and what made me the most livid was the factthat he made me wait 25 minutes at the drive thru for no apparent reason. I got angry and asked what the issue is and hissimpleton response was “the person ahead of you has a big order.” Ok? So how is that preventing you from taking MY order.Secondly, if you claim to be open 24 hours.. maybe stay open 24 hours? Multiple times I’ve gone around 3am only to be met withthe most disrespectful tone from the same Indian employee saying, “we’re closed.” When i asked when they’ll open upagain, he said “not now.” This is absolutely unacceptable and this individual needs to be fired. Don’t even get me startedon the wait times for simple food orders. You lost my business. Read more
This place is most horrible place to get food. We waited 25mins to order. No one spoke english. They kept only taking drive... through customers. Worse customer service ever. Read more

Went here didn’t bother to open my basket of chicken and as I opened I see hair inside my food. Totally disgusting employees... already rude and could’ve been done purposely. Fine during the day but really bad at night. Comment above was a month or so before and I received a reply from Jack In The... Box. Went agin last night for convenience, but the reply from Jack in the box has not changed anything. I guess I will have tojust cut them out. The photo is not very burnt bun from the burger I ordered. Not only was the bun burnt but the chicken was gocold the cheese didn’t melt. I really hope they get it together. Read more
Poor customer service! After I ordered, the person who took my order went behind the shelf and was on her cell. I just stood... there thinking she was going to come back to give me my receipt. She never did so I grabbed it and my cup. Also, 4 tables weredirty and the restroom was nasty! They were not too busy to clean, I was the only customer inside! I'm glad I don't live inthis area or eat @ fast food places often. Read more
