All techno atmosphere not friendly...ordering must be done thru a machine staff top busy?????Won't be back
I call at 12:01 a.m. Pacific standard Time and someone tells me that they're closed for 1 minute interestingly enough I had just... googled them and Google says that they were open for 24 hours. So try to inform the individual on the telephone that theirrestaurant is still being listed as open for 24 hours, at which time he says no we've been closing at 12:00 for a long time. Isays okay but you're still listed for 24 hours you might want to change that at which time he mumbled something and hung up onme. I'm going out on a limb and saying this probably not the Brain trust of the operation but I figured management if they readtheir reviews should know that they're still listed for being open for 24 hours. I Ordered a Big Mac, the bun was stale. I Ordered some chicken nuggets, the chicken nuggets were stale and they taste like they... had been sitting for 45 mins in a warmer, so gross. Soda machine broke for weeks, cashier wasn't trained properly. Several mistakes when taking my order, charged twice for same... item, didn't know how to process free deal item. Cashier had to ask co-worker for assistance which was fine, but then managergot involved and he was rude and very unprofessional. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Read more

Went on New Year's Day for breakfast. Service was really slow but they were not to blame. Apparently someone didn't show up for... work and they were swamped. The middle aged man at the cash register still had a positive attitude and was friendly. I didn'tsee his batch otherwise I would have mentioned his name here. However the people in the back including the management weremocking the Asian customer in front of me. To Hispanics any Asian they see is "Chino" (Chinese). I heard "el Chino"... "elChino" this... "el Chino" that... So they were abusing the customer amongst themselves: In other words the staff was verydisrespectful of the customer and he didn't do anything to set them off. Whatever they were saying it just wasn't an appropriateword to be using in open public. It just looked like it was a customary thing for them to do. As a matter of fact I have seenthis type practice carried out in multiple locations within the McDonald's franchise. It's more like a culture and it needs tostop. This mcd has always provided me the best service. With hot food. When there was an issue, they took care of it with no problem
