I should have realized when on weekend I reached at 12.30 pm and not a single customer was around that the food quality will be... substandard. I had a $ 9.90 coupon (same food was on sale at the store for $12.99. I ordered spicy chicken. I just got twopieces that were spicy and rest were bland and tasteless. Fries were atrociously bad and soggy. Biscuits were not cooked and notfluffy. Overall very very disappointed. I won't pay $ 4.00 for that meal. I don't usually come to this location even though it is closer to me as the chicken was always dry and overdone. Since it's been... a while I thought I would give it another try. I ordered and paid online, selected the pick up at counter option. When I gotthere at 8:05pm the door was locked (the signed says they close at 8:30pm). So I knocked and showed my phone with the order. Theguy inside pointed to the drive through. So I got back in my car and waited through the drive through line. At the order kiosk Isaid I am picking up an order and gave them my name (Jennifer). They said ok and to pull up to the window. At the window, thesame guy who pointed me to the drive through had my order with my name on it (it said Jen) and gave me a 2 second cold stare. Hethen asked for my name and I said Jennifer. He then just turned around, shouted to someone , "She said Jennifer!" So I said,"That's my order." He stares at me coldly again, and says, "It says Jen". I said, "It's the same thing." And he says, "It's notthe same thing." So I said, "It is." After some more cold staring he finally hands over my food. I am only going to the Alvaradolocation from now on. Read more
I love Popeyes chicken sandwich.. But when I come to this place, for a sandwich which is already 5$, the owner(I assume he was)... was not ready to give me the sauces like ranch sauce. He is like I am going you sauce this time as if he was doing me a favor.Why do Popeyes give their Franchise to such people. Makes me not wanna go there anymore. Aside from the usual long lines for drive thru, youre expecting that you'll be given a correct order. Bought 3 orders of their... Tuesday Specials but when I got home I was only given 2. Tried calling the store but no one is answering. The best way toeffectively lose customers. Read more
