Customer service and knowledgeable employees is at a all time low... they tried to scam me out of a free sandwich after I... completed the voucher... they tried to give me a story on how they were uneducated about running the register and couldn't honorthe voucher. Wanted to give 0 stars. Lady who works on Sunday evening, I had a legit coupon but she refuse to let me use. She was explaining... that store doesn't accept coupon. I tried to ask her politely why your store doesn't accept coupons , but she was very rude toanswer. Really disappointed with her, I raised the complaint to corporate let's see how they respond. This Subway is great. Good customer service and they take pride in the sandwiches. Chicken teriyaki is served from a spoon and... not the measured boats so you get a lot of chicken. Read more
Look guys there is this guy he looks like he just started working there he did many things he messed up my order since my mom... said "jalapeno only in" she DIDDINT even finish saying what she was saying and the guy still put jalapeno in both of them and hediddint let my mom pick her order. Close to home, however the evening staff does not know about proper food handling and if you have allergies you could be in... trouble. It appears they only have one knife and they use it for everything and do not clean it between sandwiches. I thinkthis is a major problem but others seem to be ok with it. Now the pulled pork should be a warm sandwich and even when toasted itis cold on the inside. I prefer the subways in Fremont that heat their pulled pork. Read more
